She looks young. What happened to her?
Yaqueline was in a car accident and paralyzed from her waist down. Being disabled in a developing country is hugely difficult as there are no paved roads in her village — and the work required on the farm is so physical, it’s a terribly disadvantage. But her husband is really amazing, her kids are adorable, and people in the community really support her – and now she’s got the greenhouse to take care of!
